Our Probate Practice
We handle all matters related to the administration of an estate through the probate courts, preparing and filing all necessary documents, and acting on your behalf in all proceedings in the probate court. We will guide you through the process, helping you compile and prepare an inventory of the assets of the estate, satisfy the final debts and tax obligations of the estate, and oversee the orderly distribution of property in accordance with the terms of the will.
If the decedent left incapacitated adults or minors, we will work with you to prepare and file guardianship petitions, so that the legal needs of those individuals can be protected. If the will is contested, we will handle all matters in Orphan's Court to resolve any disputes.
