Amy advises clients on trademark registration and enforcement as well as trademark infringement, unfair competition, drafting and negotiating trademark licenses, and other related contracts and agreements. Amy also prosecutes and defends matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
Amy earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Indiana University, and received her J.D. from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
Amy is admitted to practice in the State of Indiana, as well as for the United States District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Indiana.
