David focuses his practice on patent preparation and prosecution, as well as assisting in patent infringement litigation.  His experience includes environmental engineering--advanced flue gas desulfurization, medical devices, diesel engine technology, biological waste treatment and processing, safety equipment, and construction equipment.

David earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering at the University of Notre Dame, and received his J.D. Cum Laude from the Indiana University School of Law.

David is admitted to practice in the State of Indiana, before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Indiana, and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
