Amy is the Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of Brannon Sowers & Cracraft PC.  She is a member of the Intellectual Property and Litigation practice groups, and focuses her practice on trademarks.  

Amy advises clients on trademark enforcement as well as trademark and unfair competition litigation in federal courts. Amy's practice includes prosecution of trademark registrations in the U.S. and in foreign jurisdictions, drafting and negotiating intellectual property licenses and other related contracts, and she prosecutes and defends matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.

Amy is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association (Intellectual Property Division, and Women and Law Division) and the International Trademark Association (INTA).  She also sits on the Gala/Auction event committee for the Indiana Bar Foundation.  Amy enjoys spending time on the small farm she owns and works with her husband.

Amy earned her B.S. in Business Administration from Indiana University. She earned her J.D. from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. 

Amy is admitted to practice in the State of Indiana, as well as for the United States District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Indiana.
